Dear Parents and Carers,

We have had a lovely week this week. Buttercup class
performed a fabulous assembly. Their acting, singing and
confidence were amazing. They gave us the greatest history
lesson on the Anglo Saxons. Well done Buttercup class.
We are looking forward to the quiz night tonight. Thank you
to the parents who have organised it. It is much appreciated.
Thank you for supporting the event if you are able to make it.
The staff are really looking forward to taking part.
Please can I remind you again that the children must bring a
waterproof coat to school. We do go outside in light rain and
a jumper or a fleece is not enough.
Just a gentle reminder that the children should be in class at
9am. The playground gate will close at 9am so children will
be marked in late after this. We ask that you do not wait in
the playground and leave promptly before the gate shuts.
That means we have less congestion in the reception area.
Thank you for supporting us with this.
Our Year 2-6 Christmas concert will be in St Mary’s church
like last year. This is great, as it gives Parents and Carers
more room and it provides lovely acoustic for the singing.
The Reception and Year 1 nativity is held in the hall at school
and the Nursery Christmas performance is held in the
Nursery. We are really looking forward to all these
performances. Please don’t forget the family Christmas
concert as well. It’s a lovely evening.
We collected £160 for the Anti Bullying Alliance during Anti
Bullying week. Thank you for supporting us with this.
I hope you all have a lovely weekend.
