Dear Parents and Carers,

We have had another great week. It’s great to see all
the children so happy and settled in their new
classes. Our new Reception and Nursery children
have settled in incredibly well. Whenever I pop in to
see them they are smiling and busy. I am also
impressed with how well the Reception children eat
lunch. We are receiving very positive feedback about
lunches and it’s great to see so many children
enjoying it.

We now have assembly first thing every morning. It’s
lovely to see the whole school starting the day
together.

Please remember your year group meeting next
week or the week after. The dates are included in this
newsletter. This is a chance for you to hear what your
children are learning and to meet their new teacher.
We look forward to seeing you there. The dates for
events, etc will be sent to you early next week.

Thank you for providing your child with a water bottle.
It’s important that they are able to access water
throughout the day. Please also remember breakfast
club is open to Reception children.

Can I remind you not to park in Daniel House car
park. This is needed for staff and visitors. Thank you.

I hope you’ve downloaded our new app. It’s great. It
will keep you up to date. It’s obviously in its
development stage and we are working hard to
ensure it works best for you as effective
communication is so important.

I hope you have a lovely weekend.
