Dear Parents and Carers,

Well, it’s been a busy week at Betty Layward.

The Year 6 children have been amazing with their SATs this week. They have worked extremely hard and have smiled throughout. Their positivity has been a credit to them and I was really impressed with how hard they tried. Well done Year 6. Thanks also to the staff who helped and supported them this week. Their positivity and breakfast organisation is greatly appreciated. What great children and staff we have. Thank you parents for supporting us with this too.

Reception really enjoyed their Wiggly Wild Show. There were lots of interesting things for them to see. Year 4 had a great time at the Museum of London too.

Please can I ask that the children do not bring any toys or swap cards to school, especially finger fidget spinners. They might get lost, broken or borrowed so we are asking the children to leave them at home. Thank you for supporting us with this.

Have a wonderful weekend.
